Position Options Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM PRN / On-Call: Choose shifts as they become available Opportunities to pick up additional hours ranging from part-time to full-time schedules Compensation $25.00-$31.33 per hour , depending on experience Evening Differential: $3.25/hour Night Differential: $3.50/hour Holiday and on-call premium pay opportunities What You'll Contribute As an LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by: Delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately Assisting with assessments and care plan development Administering treatments and nursing interventions Partnering with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes Supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents Qualifications Required Current LPN license in Iowa or an active multistate LPN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, physicians, and team members Preferred Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply Why Elm Crest?
