Brand Ambassadors And Production Assistants Wanted

Fierce Staffing Services is hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Production Assistants to support a VIP Athlete Event for a national association in Philadelphia, PA July 11-12, 2026. MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS TO APPLY. As a Production, you'll assist with event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown while ensuring an engaging and positive experience for attendees. Event Details

• Cities: Philadelphia, PA
• Event Dates: July 11th AND July 12th (To be considered, must be available BOTH days)
• Schedule Type: 2-day activations

Responsibilities

• Assist with activation setup, event management, and teardown
• Greet and engage students and attendees
• Maintain a clean, organized event space
• Ensure brand standards and on-site presentation meet expectations
• Work under the direction of the Event Producer to execute event logistics

Dress Code

• All-black attire (black top and pants)
• Closed-toe, comfortable shoes
• Branded gear may be provided

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and local to Reno or Eugene
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working on your feet outdoors for extended hours
• Able to assist with light physical setup/breakdown
• Prior event or brand experience a plus

Compensation

• $30/hour
• No travel accommodations — local staff only
