Qualifications Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs Strong customer service experience Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
