RNs coordinate, direct, delegate, and provide care to multiple patients, fostering relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to enhance care quality. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.Essential Job QualificationsLicensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in home state.Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses based on assignment needs.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.Education: Associate degree in Nursing required.Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 350 miles for assignments. Assignments typically range from 6 to 12 weeks. Travel, lodging, and per diem compensation provided.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting.Skills: Strong critical thinking, decision-making, delegation, and leadership skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
