Role Description This full‑time hybrid Commercial Real Estate Agent role is based in New Jersey, United States, with flexibility for some work from home. The agent will source and manage industrial real estate opportunities, including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions, while building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting market research, touring properties, preparing financial analyses, and developing tailored strategies for industrial owners and users. The role involves negotiating transaction terms, drafting and reviewing deal documentation, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth closings. The agent will also be expected to maintain accurate records in brokerage systems, attend client meetings and industry events, and uphold Predict Industrial’s client‑first, relationship‑driven approach. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in New Jersey (or ability to obtain one promptly) to conduct brokerage activities. Candidates should possess skills in Sales to source opportunities, negotiate deals, and close transactions. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate industrial property performance and investment returns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities, with a client‑focused and ethical approach. Comfort with CRM tools, market research platforms, and basic office software; willingness to learn new technology solutions. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for property visits.
