About the Role As RegisteredBehaviorTechnician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment andbehaviorintervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positivebehavior
• Share progress with your clinical team

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest inbehavioralhealth
