About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Systems Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative, high-impact systems—particularly in regulated environments. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, translating requirements into robust test strategies, and ensuring product safety and compliance, this role is designed for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and validation of test methods and systems for complex engineering solutions.
• Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) and data-driven approaches to optimize system performance and ensure reliability.
• Conduct hands-on testing, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, protocols, reports, and risk management files.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with FDA/FAA standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering and verification & validation (V&V).

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, with a proven track record in test method development and system verification.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and sensor data interpretation (e.g., statistical modeling, visualization, automation).
• Experience building and maintaining test beds, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) environments.
• Strong background in risk management (e.g., ISO 14971, FMEA) and requirements traceability.
• Familiarity with FDA/FAA regulations and experience in the medical device or aerospace industries is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
