The CNM will provide comprehensive women's health services including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care while working closely with OB/GYNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care.Fresh graduates and early-career CNMs are encouraged to apply!Essential Position ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care to women during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.Conduct routine gynecologic exams, family planning, and reproductive health counseling.Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.Diagnose and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions.Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging.Educate and counsel patients on preventive health, nutrition, lactation, and newborn care.Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program (MSN or DNP).Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license in New York.Experience: Prior experience in women's health, obstetrics, or gynecology preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Compensation and BenefitsHighly competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.Supportive, mission-driven organization that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.Opportunities for ongoing professional growth and continuing education.
