What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy culture.
• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage financial performance, including sales growth, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability.
• Analyze business trends and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service execution.
• Build relationships within the local community and drive guest loyalty initiatives.
• Lead by example and actively support restaurant operations during peak business periods.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant technology.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
