The Technology Risk & Controls Lead will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating technology risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the overall risk posture of the organization. Responsibilities: • Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations. • Develop and maintain robust relationships, becoming a trusted partner with technologists, controls and assessments teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals. • Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, offering senior management oversight. • Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Required: • Obtain 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, cyber/information security, or related field, emphasizing risk identification, assessment, and risk mitigation. • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and technology regulatory requirements. • Proficient knowledge and expertise in data security, risk assessment & reporting, controls evaluation, design, execution and governance, with a proven record of implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. • Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translating technology insights into business strategies for senior executive. Preferred: • CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk and risk certifications are preferred. • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau • Knowledge and expertise of AI/ML and Data Platforms • Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Cloud Computing • Experience with Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) Company: With a history tracing its roots to 1799 in New York City, JPMorganChase is one of the world's oldest, largest, and best-known financial institutions—carrying forth the innovative spirit of our heritage firms in global operations across 100 markets.
