Cdl A Truck Driver - 1099

At J&R Schugel, drivers aren't just hauling freight - they're building a future. Our OTR drivers are the backbone of a driver-powered company built on respect, reliability, and long-term growth. With modern equipment, consistent miles, and compensation designed to grow with you, every mile delivers more than a paycheck.

Through our ESOP ownership program , you don't just drive for the company - you own part of it. When our drivers rise, the entire company rises with them. That's the Schugel difference.
