Are you reliable and will show up for your assigned shifts? Yes, then this job is made for you! Rumble Boxing (Montclair, Short Hills and Livingston) is looking for you to join our HYPE CREW. This is not a remote or hybrid position. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome customers at the front door Check clients into class and respond to their inquiries Assist in planning special events, community-building activities and in-studio challenges/contests Sell merchandise and memberships Connect and engage with members of the community before and after classes Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media Represent brand values inside and outside the studios Conduct studio tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individuals’ needs and wants Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community, and hospital events) to promote the club Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels Assume responsibility for developing selling skills Report directly to management Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail Possess an outgoing and friendly personality while maintaining a professional attitude and approach Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations Must adhere to company policies and procedures Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email Must have proficient computer skills Daily and/or occasional travel may be required Must be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week Flexible schedule required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test Fluent in Spanish desired PERKS Complimentary membership Staff discount on studio retail Opportunities for growth within the studios #J-18808-Ljbffr
