Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Youngsville, LA. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up on leads to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate hose and fluid transfer solutions, coordinating with operations and fabrication teams, and ensuring accurate order entry. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, supporting account development, and contributing to sales pipeline management and reporting. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, uphold high standards of customer service, and support continuous improvement in sales processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to manage inquiries, develop opportunities, and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure repeat business. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and active listening. Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude for industrial products, with the ability to learn hose, fittings, and fluid transfer specifications. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
