Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) in Med/Surg provides direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Assesses patient conditions and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams on care plans. Educates patients and families about treatments and post-discharge care. Ensures accurate documentation and maintains patient safety throughout hospitalization.
