As a Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. What's the Job?

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance equipment performance and lifespan
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance and operational procedures
• Monitor and analyze equipment data to predict potential failures and schedule preventive actions
• Create detailed reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts

• Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to interpret technical data and utilize reliability software tools
