Title: JavaScript Developer

Location: KY - Louisville

Type: Contract

Experience: 3-5 Years (Intermediate)

Node.js API Developer with strong Express.js experience to build and maintain RESTful backend services supporting healthcare specialty referral decisioning workflows.

The role will focus on business logic, PostgreSQL, system integrations, testing, CI/CD, and secure cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs, business rules, referral decisioning logic, data validation, error handling, and audit logging using Node.js and Express.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, indexing, queries, and migrations using Prisma and Liquibase.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, integration, and product teams while supporting testing, CI/CD, performance, security, monitoring, and healthcare system integrations.
