Warehouse Associate

Summary of Role Under direct supervision, handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of automation according to established standards. Performs in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. This position is categorized as compliance critical and must ensure continual compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements. Shift Details Sunday‑Tuesday, 4:30pm‑completion; off on Wednesdays; Thursday, 4:30pm‑completion. Pay: $21 per hour, includes shift differential when applicable. Responsibilities Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders. Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies. Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution. Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work‑related injuries. Verify product received against receiving documents, note and report discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment). Education High school diploma or equivalent. Important Skills Able to work in a climate‑controlled facility. Ability to read and understand the English language. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting distribution standards. Motivated, hard‑working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important. Able to work the listed shift hours, plus overtime (overtime is mandatory to enable real‑time delivery). Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis. Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively; product weight and size vary. Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift). Ability to stand for long periods of time. Nice to Have Warehouse or distribution experience (1year or less). Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.
