Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license required
• Must have a valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Staffing agency must maintain an active NM Caregivers account

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and time management skills
