We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate HHA Home Health Aide/CNA certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Oyster Bay Manor/Harbor House, a serene and welcoming assisted living and memory care facility in Oyster Bay, Long Island. As an HHA/CNA OVERNIGHTS, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, including showering, toilet procedures, dressing, and grooming
• Observe, record, and report all changes in conditions, including eating habits, skin condition, sleeping habits, to the supervisors
• Provide companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, reading aloud, and participating in hobbies and activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Valid Identification
• Must be Vaccinated
