CRE Capital Markets Transaction Manager
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services
A leading commercial real estate firm is seeking a Transaction Manager in Los Angeles to oversee debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, a bachelor's degree, and skills in managing multiple assignments. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
