Position Details

• Schedule: 2 weeks per month, with flexibility for those available for 1 week per month.
• Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
• Daily Structure: Half-day inpatient rounds followed by half-day clinic sessions each weekday.
• Inpatient Census: Manage 1 to 4 patients.
• Bronchoscopy: Procedures can be performed with half-day sessions available.
• Patient Care: Involves following patients in both the NICU and PICU.
• Weekend Rounding: Required only when inpatients are present.
• Leave Coverage: Available as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $180.00 to $250.00 per hour.
• Compensation Structure: Rates are estimates influenced by factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
