This large single-specialty Urology private practice is looking to expand its ever-growing services to keep up with market demand. Located just 1 Hour from Boston, this highly sought-after bedroom community has an existing team of 5 physicians plus midlevel and support staff. The program is looking for a General Urologist; however, there is a definite need for a Subspecialty Urologist if they are interested in doing General Urology as well. Position Highlights 4 or 5 Day Work Week 1:5 Call with Midlevels taking primary weekday call (and some weekends). *Compensation: The base salary range is $400,000 to $500,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank. Base salary never goes away.
