Senior Reception and PR Specialist

Position Mission
As the first impression clients have of the firm, you will be more than just a receptionist — you will be the architect of the international client experience and the guardian of the firm's professional image. With a polished professional presence, multilingual communication skills, and exceptional service standards, you will deliver high-quality reception and administrative support to clients, lawyers, and partners from around the world.
Core Responsibilities
1、Premium Client Reception & Experience Management
Greet domestic and international clients, partners, and guests with professional etiquette and a warm smile, creating a first impression of prestige and true hospitality;
Oversee the design and execution of important reception programs, including client journey planning, facility tours and briefings, meeting support, and protocol arrangements;
Develop tailored reception plans for high-level clients, international visitors, and other priority guests, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure seamless, professional service delivery.
2、Administrative Operations & Support
Ensure the timely and secure handling of important documents and information;
Provide necessary administrative support for major meetings.
3、Cross-Cultural Communication & Coordination
Serve as the communication hub within and beyond the firm, communicating effectively in fluent English;
Assist in coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration and timely dissemination of key information;
Establish and deepen ongoing communication mechanisms with key clients, business teams, and support departments to enhance collaboration efficiency and service responsiveness.

Qualifications
1、Required
Bachelor's degree or above, with fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and effective communication in Chinese;
Foreign national holding a valid passport; the firm is able to sponsor a work visa;
Professional and elegant presence, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2、Preferred
3+ years of experience in VIP reception at large domestic or international enterprises preferred;
Excellent adaptability, with the ability to handle unexpected incidents or client complaints with composure and grace.
