Schedule: Full-time schedule. Flexible schedule availability is required. Must be able to work in relatively warm manufacturing areas.

Pay $22.00 - $26.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Job Duties In this Maintenance Mechanic role, you will:

Evaluate machine performance and perform or recommend repairs as needed.

Perform preventive maintenance and complete repairs on production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic issues with production equipment with some supervision.

Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges to repair and evaluate equipment components.

Weld as needed while following safe welding practices, PPE requirements, safety policies, quality policies, and environmental policies.

Who Should Apply:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Mechanic experience required.

Experience completing preventive maintenance forms for production equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment issues with some supervision.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools, with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Work Expectations:

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris or safety hazards.

Follow all PPE, safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Maintain a positive attitude, show respect for others, meet commitments, maintain transparency, and treat everyone equally.

May be trained and assigned to operate a forklift, perform temperature controller calibration, complete machine qualification checks, or perform gooseneck replacement
