Key departmental contacts include Catering, Banquets, Outlets, Maintenance, and Guest Services./li/ulpGUEST EXPERIENCE/pulliMay maintain supplies and equipment (trays, china, silver and condiments) for service at the station areas./liliAssist cooks and stewards during peak activity periods./liliAdvise supervisor of low inventory items and problems related to equipment, food quality, portions, etc./liliPerform receiving and inventory duties as specified by supervisor; stocks supplies as requested./liliMaintain a clean kitchen by cleaning all work surfaces used in food preparation on an ongoing basis./liliMonitor production and quality levels of all food products; incoming food product to insure quality; refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation;/liliChecking daily production sheets and checks with Chef on a daily basis./liliMaintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters.
