Responsibilities
- Serve as OR Circulator: assist surgeons and the anesthesiologist and coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff during each surgical procedure
- Maintain patient safety and aseptic technique throughout the perioperative phase
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment in collaboration with the perioperative team
- Communicate clearly with anesthesia, surgical staff, and support personnel to ensure timely, safe, and efficient workflow
- Document perioperative nursing care, patient status, and any intraoperative events

Requirements
- Active California registered nurse (RN) license
- OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and in a perioperative setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with surgical staff, anesthesia, and other team members
- Willingness to work a rotating 4x10-hour schedule on a travel assignment
