The assignment spans three central Georgia locations, providing inpatient and clinic hematology and oncology coverage. The physician will see 20-25 new and follow-up patients per day at most sites, with a weekday and weekend call rotation. Calls are required; shift schedule is 8-hour day shifts. Manage 20-25 new/follow-up patients per day at main locations. Participate in call rotations, including weekday and weekend coverage. Coordinate with APPs and nursing staff for patient care. Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records. Qualifications MD or DO with specialization in Hematology/Medical Oncology. Board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Recent clinical experience within the past year. Valid medical license in Georgia preferred (license in any state acceptable with verification).
