INVENTORY ANALYST What Brought You Here Pay-$18.06 Day shift hours- 7am-4pm Benefits starting DAY ONE! What You Will Be Doing Purchasing Coordinate with department leads on a weekly basis for inventory levels and needs. Verify inventory vs system Place orders and communicate inventory related information (delivery dates, backorders, delays, changes, etc.) Review planned purchasing information to coordinate with the Regional Buyer material demand. Provides requisitions for planned purchasing and plant needs to Regional Buyer Participation in response to the Regional Buyer on reports for region (i.e. drop report, journal errors, open purchase orders, etc.) Investigate adequate purchase order, delinquent orders, discrepancies and returns to material Receiving Receiving of all inventory-verify quantities (Assist with receiving, counting, and sorting by department.) (exception for Hardware) Glass Stock - communicate with unloader, print labels, share all damaged products. Hardware - Work with Fab Lead to learn the products and process for counting and inventory. Lami - help Lami Lead to count and to separate by departments. Inbound parcels (FedEx, UPS, etc.) -- delivered to appropriate department; parcels opened, counted, and verified against Packing slip or invoice. Inventory Daily- cycle count of product inventory according to schedule Weekly -- Count inventory for individual departments Monthly- Count Hardware Manage all transfer products (Stock glass, wood, etc.) Work with QM to manage all damaged/bad quality products Weekly reports on inventory variances Provide timely and relevant inventory information to Customer Service and Operations Management teams Print journals for Hardware Inventory Expediting Following up on MDR (Missed Delivery Report) Working with teams to identify location / problem with past due glass on schedules and expedite recovery Monitoring critical orders through the process, ensuring completion Investigating missing glass, tracking down and identifying root causes Being a liaison between the office and production when expedited or production related questions needs answered Work closely with the Production Manager and be an advisor to identify areas where processes can be improved to improve OTD, reduce remakes Other Duties Train individual who will enter entries into AX Responsible for sending quality samples to customers Provide clerical support to assist in purchasing/receiving duties and responsibilities Other duties as assigned Skills You Bring Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels Cycle counting Collaboration with all levels of peers within and outside of the organization ABILITY to lift 75lbs independently Ability to stand for long periods Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (heat, cold, humidity) Basic math and computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
