Job Summary
Looking for a Compressor Development Engineer with hands-on experience in centrifugal compressor design and development, along with strong knowledge of thermodynamics, analysis, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop centrifugal compressor components such as gears, bearings, housings, and rotors.
• Perform stress, vibration, modal, fatigue, and rotor dynamic analysis.
• Support the full product development cycle from requirements and design through prototype, qualification, and launch.
• Develop component specifications, drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Plan and execute prototype tests, analyze test results, and determine pass/fail criteria.
• Use CAE/CFD/FEA and DFMEA to evaluate design performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams throughout development.
