Document Coordinator The expected hourly range for this position is $30.00 - $51.00 depending upon experience. Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent Description: The Construction Document Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the flow of project documentation among project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. This role serves as a central point of contact for document processing, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and efficient project administration. Responsibilities: Project Documentation Coordination Administrative Support Communication Management Quality Control Closeout Support Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. High School Diploma required. 2-5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or document management. Familiarity with commercial, heavy civil, transportation, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Procore, SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud required. P6, Oracle Unifier, or e-Builder preferred. Strong document tracking and reporting capabilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
