Armor Van DriverThis position is responsible for delivering and picking up material safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:Safely securing material in van trailer/box truckRepresent Armor's core values while interacting with external customers and vendorsUpdate travel logStay up to date on DOT requirementsMonitor and schedule needed maintenance on vehicleAdditional tasks as assigned by managerThis position interacts with the shipping supervisor and shipping coordinators as well as external customers on a daily basis.Competency or position requirements:Strong communication skillsTime management skillsMaintaining a safe driving recordAll Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor's core values of being:Customer FocusedPassionate about WorkSolution OrientedDriven by IntegrityEducation and/or experience:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years verifiable experience with tractor trailerClass A Airbrake endorsement requiredNo accidents in the last 12 monthsThis position works on the shipping dock, outside and in company vehicles.
