Physical Therapist (PT) – PRNSharon, MA$55–$60/hour | PRNWe are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Sharon, MA. Provide individualized therapy focused on helping residents improve movement, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.What You'll DoComplete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of careProvide skilled treatment addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobilityDevelop measurable rehabilitation goals and monitor progressAdjust interventions based on clinical findings and resident responseEducate residents and caregivers on safe mobility and therapeutic exercisesMaintain accurate clinical documentationCoordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary teamWhat We Offer$55–$60/hourFlexible PRN schedulingSupportive rehabilitation environmentShort-term and long-term rehabilitation caseloadCollaborative interdisciplinary teamQualificationsActive Massachusetts Physical Therapist license requiredGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsSkilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not requiredNew graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to applyIf you're a PT looking for a flexible clinical role where you can help residents achieve meaningful mobility goals, we encourage you to apply.
