This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role responsible for generating revenue and acquiring new customers.

The Account Executive owns the entire sales process—from pipeline generation through contract execution. Success in this role requires a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, consultative selling, effective pipeline management, and strong closing skills.

This role is accountable for achieving sales goals and creating the activities, opportunities, and customer relationships necessary to consistently meet or exceed quota.

Compensation:

$150,000 OTE with base + Commission

Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and proposal presentations.
  • Guide prospects through evaluations, pilot programs, and purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate and close new customer agreements.

Pipeline Development

  • Generate a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and follow-up activities.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads generated by marketing and company initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline sufficient to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to create consistent opportunity flow.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects throughout the buying process.

Sales Funnel Management

  • Maintain complete and accurate records within the CRM.
  • Track all prospect interactions, activities, and next steps.
  • Manage opportunities through defined sales stages.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and projected close dates.
  • Ensure no opportunities stall due to a lack of follow-up or engagement.
  • Regularly review pipeline health and take action to address gaps.

Customer Engagement

  • Develop trusted relationships with brokerage owners, team leaders, executives, and industry decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business challenges and align BrokerBot solutions to their needs.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on AI adoption within the real estate industry.
  • Deliver a professional and consultative buying experience.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and customer adoption.
  • Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to leadership and product teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing on webinars, events, customer stories, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close business.
  • Strong CRM discipline and sales process management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or business services.
  • Real estate, mortgage, title, or proptech industry experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience selling to brokerage owners, team leaders, or real estate executives.
