AssemblerPosition Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembling mechanical components and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency.

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
• Gather and organize materials, hardware, and tools required for production tasks.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
• Consistently meet daily production, safety, and quality objectives.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production schedules.
• Handle materials and routinely lift up to 50 pounds.

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing setting.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment such as press brakes and forming machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience working within quality-driven production environments.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability, accountability, and long-term commitment.

This position is based in a sheet metal manufacturing facility and works alongside assemblers, welders, machine operators, and quality personnel. Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods, using hand and pneumatic tools, handling materials, and lifting up to 50 pounds. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $42.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
