Registered Nurse Emergency Department

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. The Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation. Behavioral Health (BH) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Medical-Surgical (MS) Women's Health (L&D, NICU, M&B) Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current compact RN license One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg. For all other specialties (L&D, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience.
