Environmental Service Worker

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Environmental Services Worker to join our Environmental Services Department at the Douglas Medical Center in Bolivar, Missouri - someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
- Status: Full Time
- Work Shift: Evenings
- Hours: 5:00p.m - 1: 30a.m
As an Environmental Service Worker, you will be:
- Cleaning all areas of the hospital by performing routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, operating rooms, waiting rooms, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and corridors.
- Ensuring all areas are sanitized according to hospital 7 Step Process
- Demonstrating the ability to utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedures.
- Notifying the supervisor of necessary repairs
- Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
Experience: N/A
Skills: Service
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical Requirements: Prolong periods of standing and walking; ability to read and write documentation; Exerting 20 to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs of force frequently.
