Center Store Team Lead - Full-time - $500 Signing Bonus

Hourly Lead Person In The Center Store Department

Job Description: Hourly Lead Person in the Center Store Department working directly with the Packaged Goods Manager.

This person's primary duties include: merchandising, ordering, product movement, stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory [Back stock Control], returns, seasonal promotions, scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the sales floor, and the general supervision of Non-Perishable Departments in the Manager's absence. This person may need to assume opening and closing Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities. Secondary duties included working with the Corporate Merchandiser as well as assignments by the Packaged Goods Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
2. Previous Experience: A Senior customer service clerk familiar with Non-Foods and Grocery. Retailing Preferred But Not Required -- We Will Train.
3. Physical Demands: Lifting, Carrying, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#; Occasional Lifting To 80#.

Other Considerations: Customer and Organizational Skills; Productive; Able To Work With Minimal Supervision; Prioritize Tasks; Reliable and Dependable. Must be promotable.

Signing Bonus: The successful candidate must complete six months in the hired role to be eligible for the signing bonus.
