Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join the Functional Excellence Process Compliance team located in Everett, WA. The BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team is looking for a problem‑solver who has an eye for detail. Position Responsibilities: Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of procurement process requirements and company goals. Read and interpret command media documents for understanding and conveying requirements to other Contracts Procurement Agents. Interacts with individuals, organizational representatives, and cross‑functional teams in a customer‑service oriented role; assisting in level‑setting and problem‑solving. Defines, designs, plans and executes group and organizational level projects. Supports the development and implementation of organizational strategies to increase knowledge and skill level within the job function. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 1+ years of experience with the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) 7+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process (after preferred qualifications). Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
