Work Environment\nThis role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will find a supportive and collaborative environment among a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed counselors, committed to improving the mental health of our clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and create personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, helping them navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA standards. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share insights within the team. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and community resources, fostering a supportive and informed support system. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and advancements in mental health to continuously improve your practice. \n
You will work with a diverse population of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university. \n
- An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida. \n
- Utilization of solution-focused psychotherapeutic interventions to provide personalized care based on client needs and situations. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients. \n

- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally within a community health context. \n
- Proven ability to handle complex situations effectively and guide clients toward positive outcomes. \n
- A collaborative spirit with a desire to contribute to a supportive team dynamic. \n
