Project ManagerAn established and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The company delivers a diverse portfolio of ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects across manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, multifamily, office, and commercial markets.This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong general contracting background who can take ownership of projects, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design teams to maintain schedule, budget, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reportsLead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and scope coordinationManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentationCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel throughout constructionWork closely with Superintendents to maintain schedules and resolve field challengesTrack job costs, commitments, billing, and overall project financial performanceLead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetingsReview drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of workIdentify project risks and proactively resolve schedule, cost, and coordination issuesMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersOversee punch lists, warranties, turnover documentation, and final project closeoutSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts as neededRequirements5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor or construction managerExperience managing ground-up commercial construction and/or major renovation projectsBackground in manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, multifamily, office, commercial, or tenant improvement projects preferredProven experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completionStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administrationExperience managing subcontractor buyout, change orders, and project financialsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritiesExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesStable backlog of commercial construction projectsDiverse project portfolio with opportunities to work across multiple market sectorsLong-term career growth with an established and expanding general contractor
