Washroom Technician

Position Washroom Technician Location & Shift Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Responsibilities Under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Technician Group Lead, provide continuous flow of product and components to all manufacturing areas and ensure supplies are organized and in stock. Ensure manufacturing equipment is cleaned to meet production schedules and in accordance with strict SOP, FDA, and cGMP standards. Support and assist with daily cleaning functions (vaults, floors, hallways, etc.) as needed. Assist in general manufacturing activities as needed. Precisely follow work orders and specifications. Adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret safety and environmental policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Willingness to work additional hours as required by business needs. Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, use PPE; position is manufacturing‑based. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of manufacturing procedures and federal regulations pertaining to manufacturing processes. Working knowledge of good manufacturing systems and familiarity with regulatory and manufacturing SOPs and cGMPs. Pay & Benefits Anticipated pay rate: $20/hour (contingent on assessment of candidate's education and experience).
