This is an independent, behind-the-scenes role that plays a critical part in ensuring patients are properly scheduled and prepared for procedures.

What You'll Do

• Transfer patient information between multiple EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Enter and verify patient demographics, physician orders, insurance information, procedure details, and eligibility documentation
• Review records for completeness and identify missing information that could impact scheduling or insurance pre-certification
• Monitor and manage procedure scheduling and add-on requests through shared email queues
• Maintain accurate records to support providers, clinical staff, and surgical scheduling teams
• Collaborate with internal team members when questions arise, while working independently throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Previous medical office, healthcare administration, medical records, scheduling, or medical data entry experience preferred
• Experience working with EMR systems strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills and comfort managing a high volume of emails
