About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice serving a diverse patient population. This is a mission-driven FQHC setting where providers see about 15-20 patients per day with strong clinical support and a collaborative team environment. The role requires at least 2 years of primary care experience, and ideal candidates are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting focused on access and continuity of care.
