Key Position Details: * 0.8 FTE Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position. May work between two locations: Cambridge and Coon Rapids.

• Open to Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
• Outpatient‑focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators,

Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team. Required Qualifications * Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)

certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.

• BLS - Multisource required within 180 Days
• Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire

Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
