Field Engineer Intern – Summer 2027

- Internship programs start after Memorial Day 2027
- Weekly Pay is $1,250 (Taxes not included)
- 50 hour work week
- Hands-on experience working on real construction projects
- Career growth opportunities: Many of our interns go on to full-time roles—one of our former interns is now Chief of Estimating , and others hold key positions in project management and engineering.
- Supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management
- Help prepare and review change orders
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies
- Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
- Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
