Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults andadolescents.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule: Full-timeis 29 clinical hours/week
• Work Hours: One day per weekuntil 6 PM; all other days end earlier
• No call and no weekends-ever
• Hybrid Model: Idealcandidate would work one day/week in each office, with the remainder remote
• Appointment Lengths: 45-minuteintakes, 30-minute follow-ups
• Collaborative team ofprimary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists,chiropractors, and nutritionists
• Robust administrativesupport - staff assist with prior authorizations and forms
• Integrated care model withpsychiatric, PCP, and wellness support

Compensation & Benefits: $130,000 - $165,000 base salary plus a productivity-based true-up bonus structure tied to clinical performance. Full Benefits Package

Requirements:

• Board-Certified PsychiatricNurse Practitioner
• Experience with or interestin adult and adolescent psychiatry
• Strong communication skillsand team-oriented mindset
• Eligible for Massachusettslicensure
