You understand that great bartending is equal parts hospitality, speed, precision, and personality.If you're energetic, guest-focused, and motivated to elevate both the guest experience and your earning potential… this is your place.What You'll DoCreate a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere at the bar while building rapport with guests through genuine conversationGuide guests through beverage and food menus with confidence, highlighting featured cocktails, premium liquors, wine selections, and add-onsMake thoughtful recommendations that enhance the experience (signature drinks, upgrades, appetizers, desserts, upsells, etc.)Accurately take guest orders and enter food and beverage orders into the POS systemPrepare alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic for bar guests and the dining roomEnsure all drinks meet recipe standards, presentation expectations, and quality guidelinesAnticipate guest needs before they ask (refills, additional rounds, menu suggestions, etc.)Check back consistently to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities to elevate the experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area alwaysProcess payments accurately and thank guests sincerely, inviting them backSupport teammates to ensure smooth service and strong overall restaurant performanceSupport all company initiatives as directed (reviews, Loyalty club, etc.)You're not just making drinks; you're creating an atmosphere, building loyal guests, driving beverage sales, and increasing your earning potential, one interaction at a time.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentComfortable using POS systems and basic technologyStrong communication skillsAbility to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)Ability to stand and move for extended periods of timePersonality & Energy (This Is Big for Us!)At Texas/Sagebrush Steakhouse, attitude matters.
