Bread Baker - Part-Time Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a dependable and motivated Artisan Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on baking role focused on quality hearth breads in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule
- Sunday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday & Thursday: 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available in the fall
- Starting at $15/hour
- Raises available after training and based on performance
- Prepare, shape, proof, and bake hearth breads according to Kneaders recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining artisan quality standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to stand for entire shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Committed for a minimum of 6 months
