Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new modules and functionality within existing Datacap architecture
• Support and enhance custom applications developed in .NET and related technologies
• Ensure UI and backend services align with architecture and UX standards
• Support migration and replatforming initiatives
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and application support
• Work with ITS teams on software installation, configuration, debugging, and issue resolution
• Support scanners, workstations, VDI environments, and infrastructure components
• Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and provide knowledge transfer to staff

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with document capture systems, scanning, and data extraction technologies
• 6+ years of IBM Datacap Taskmaster v7.6+ experience
• 4+ years of Windows Server Administration experience
• 4+ years of advanced SQL development experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MS Access
• 3+ years of IBM Datacap Taskmaster v9.x+ experience
• 3+ years of Network troubleshooting and resolution experience
