Leasing Pro: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate for Exchange at Westgate in Leland, NC. You will manage leasing to new residents, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience. You will monitor market conditions, implement local marketing plans, drive traffic via online postings and referrals, and use OneSite/Yardi to track inventory and data for occupancy goals. Flexibility is required, including some evenings/weekends, with a driver’s license and the ability to work #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
